Celebrity Spotlight - Shawn Crable

Shawn Crable may be known for his time playing football for the Michigan Wolverines, New England Patriots and New York Jets, but his life off the field is a great example of why the Wendy’s Golf Classic is so thrilled to have him attend this year!
Shawn grew up in foster care without a father. He is now a married father with six children. After earning his Master’s in Organizational Leadership, he has focused on helping others with parent engagement. He also helps to raise funds for the American Heart Association. Shawn is additionally Vice President of the NFL Alumni, Cleveland Chapter. He also served as a board member of the Stark County Fatherhood Coalition, which provides fathers in the Stark County area with opportunities to engage with their children.
